Tim Russell SC practises in commercial and public law.

Tim’s commercial practice covers contractual disputes, directors’ liability and regulatory matters.

Tim has extensive experience in all areas of public law including administrative law, planning, land compensation and native title compensation, environmental law, mining and occupational safety and health.

Before joining Quayside Chambers in 2018, Tim held the position of Senior Assistant State Counsel at the State Solicitor’s Office. He was admitted to practice in 2001 and was educated at the University of Western Australia.
